FORM by Candy is a result-driven routine that requires commitment, discipline, and focus over 3-6 days. Movements are strategically designed to train the body to memorize FORM routines while using their muscular system nonstop for 45 minutes to a curated playlist. Candy Jones designs her routines to be safely practiced in a warm room. This gives the body a moment to detox itself at its highest perFORMance. All moves moves are strategically designed to develop a balanced body that is strong and lean for their genetic shape. Together, the same routine is practiced over The 3-day period known as FORM-develop, FORM-prep, and PerFORMance. By day 3, their bodies muscular structure should recognize routine and feel adapted to movements. Since the routine requires a lot of quiet and focus, Candy only talks during her Intro and stretch. A 15-minute discussion is held post routine for anyone who has questions on FORM that was practiced, breathwork, body engagement, or areas of focus during movements.
